Pilates is proving particularly popular amongst the MS community, with research showing that this core-strengthening exercise can improve balance, mobility and muscle strength, plus lead to greater improvements in cognitive symptoms and quality of life when compared to more traditional exercise.
At my class in Witney, I will show you how to use the equipment so you can work on your mobility, balance and muscle strength. I hold a Pilates for Multiple Sclerosis Specialist qualification so have a strong understanding of Multiple Sclerosis as a condition and the areas that as a Pilates Instructor, I need to focus on.
