"...an important part of my week"

I have been part of Michelle’s Pilates class for around eight years. It has become such an important part of my week, and I know it is the same for all of us. We are a fairly ancient group, with our oldest aged 92 (who can still touch her toes with ease).

Many of us have had health challenges but return as soon as we can, to be welcomed back by a cheerful and encouraging Michelle. She shows us beautifully how we should do the exercises and is kind to us when we can’t emulate her example. It is a happy hour and I so appreciate her experience and humour!
